We are looking for a Category Buyer to join our Merchandising team. As a Buyer, you’ll own the product from scouting global trends to curating the right assortment. You’ll partner closely with design and vendors to bring fresh, consumer- first collections to market.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Design to finalize product selection, sampling, and sourcing
- Conduct consumer research, monitor trends, and translate insights into product decisions
- Manage product lifecycle: current launches → repeats → exits
- Keep a tight check on costs and track budget adherence
- Drive sell-through and repeat rates, ensuring product delivers against ROS benchmarks

Requirements:

- 3–5 years experience in buying/merchandising within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle
- Garduate/Post-Garduate in Fashion Management/Merchandising
- Strong product sensibility, trend forecasting ability, and vendor management skills
- Strong first-principle problem-solving skills and ability to communicate the same to different stakeholder
- Strong proficiency in Excel – data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- AI-first in their thinking
