Anticlock Clinic & Medispa is looking for a polite, organised and dependable Cashier / Front Office Assistant to manage patient reception, appointments, billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and assist with registration and enquiries.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and treatment staff.

- Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment reminders.

- Prepare bills, collect cash, card and UPI payments, and issue receipts.

- Maintain accurate payment records and reconcile daily collections.

- Update patient details and billing information in the clinic’s software.

- Explain consultation fees and treatment charges clearly, referring clinical questions to the doctors.

- Keep the reception area organised and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

- Previous experience in reception, billing or cash handling preferred;

experience in a clinic, hospital,



hotel or salon is an advantage.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Punjabi is an advantage.

- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and billing software.

- Skilled appearance, courteous manner and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle a busy front desk and work well with the team.

- Experience with Zenoti is an advantage; training will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
