About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor to guide prospective learners in choosing educational programs aligned with their career goals. The role combines consultative counselling, lead nurturing, student advisory, and sales to drive enrolments while delivering a high-quality learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Understand students' educational and career aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance on programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
- Manage the complete enrolment journey from initial enquiry to final registration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales,



academic counselling, student advisory, or online higher education counselling, particularly online degree counselling.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems such as LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
