About the Role
We are looking for someone who can answer one significant question every day:
Which candidate is genuinely relevant for which job, and why?
You will work with candidate resumes, professional backgrounds and job descriptions to help InterviewCall create highly targeted placement opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Maintain structured information about enrolled candidates:
- current role
- target role
- years of experience
- company
- skills
- location
- compensation
- notice period
- projects
- technical experience
- Compare candidate profiles against live job openings.
- Identify:
- strong matches
- stretch opportunities
- unsuitable opportunities
- Read job descriptions deeply.
- Research unfamiliar technical terms with the help of AI tools.
- Understand which candidate experiences are most relevant for a particular opening.
- Prepare short candidate dossiers explaining:
- why the candidate is relevant
- relevant technical experience
- major projects
- measurable achievements
- possible gaps
- Research professionals who recently joined similar roles.
- Work with technical mentors to collect supporting candidate evidence.
