Role Description The Calling Executive – Loans is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain loan products such as Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Business Loans, and MSME Loans.
The Calling
Executive will gather customer information, assess basic eligibility, and schedule appointments or forward leads to the sales or credit teams.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, following up on leads, and supporting customers through the initial stages of the loan application process.
The role also requires adherence to compliance guidelines, meeting daily calling targets, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Ability to explain financial products in simple terms and handle basic customer queries about loans.
- Basic understanding of lending and loan processes, preferably in housing or MSME financing.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or call management systems and maintaining accurate data records.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple customer interactions.
- Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, or financial services calling roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
