Job Title: Recovery Caller / Telecaller – Recovery DepartmentWe are looking for a confident and responsible Recovery Caller to join our Recovery Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, following up on outstanding dues, and maintaining proper records of all recovery-related communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups.
- Inform customers about pending dues, outstanding amounts, and payment deadlines.
- Follow up regularly with customers until payment is received or the case is resolved.
- Handle customer conversations professionally and politely, even in difficult situations.
- Record call details, customer responses, commitments, and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the recovery team regarding difficult, delayed, or escalated cases.
- Follow up on promised payment dates and update payment status accordingly.
- Maintain daily calling and recovery reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and recovery targets.
- Ensure all communication follows company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
- Escalate disputes, complaints,



or sensitive cases to the concerned senior/team leader.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi is required; basic English communication skills are preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in Recovery Calling, Collection Calling, Telecalling, Banking, NBFC, Loan Recovery, Finance, Insurance, or Customer Follow-up will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Candidates should be disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a recovery process.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and the ability to explain technical services in simple terms.

- Experience with call handling, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales in a corporate or service environment.
- Comfort using CRM tools or call management systems, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet call volume and performance targets.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset to handle diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT services, BPO, or a technology-driven environment is preferred but not mandatory.
