About Mind Mirror

Mind Mirror is working towards helping students make informed academic and career decisions through structured career counselling, self-awareness, psychometric assessments and personalised guidance.

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Career Counselling Interns who want to build practical skills in student counselling and career guidance. This opportunity is specially designed for fresh graduates and postgraduates who wish to gain supervised training as well as real-world exposure in schools.

About the Learn & Earn Program

- This is not just an observation-based internship. Selected interns will first receive structured training in the fundamentals of career counselling and will then get opportunities to apply their learning through practical assignments, student interactions, workshops and school visits.
- You will learn how to:
- Understand a student’s interests, strengths, abilities and career aspirations.
- Conduct structured career counselling conversations.
- Use and interpret career-related assessments under supervision.
- Understand academic streams, courses, entrance examinations and career pathways.
- Prepare personalised career guidance reports.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers and school representatives.
- Conduct career awareness activities and workshops in schools.
- Maintain professional records and follow ethical counselling practices.
- Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the training sessions conducted by Mind Mirror.
- Assist in conducting one-to-one career counselling sessions for students.
- Support the administration and basic interpretation of psychometric and career assessments.
- Research career options, educational pathways, colleges, courses and emerging careers.




- Prepare student profiles, counselling notes and career guidance reports.
- Assist in planning and delivering career awareness workshops in schools.
- Visit schools and educational institutions for practical exposure and counselling activities.
- Interact professionally with students, parents, teachers and school coordinators.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and counselling records.
- Follow the guidance, feedback and quality standards provided by the mentor.
- Contribute to educational content, presentations, worksheets and counselling resources when required.
- Track assigned tasks, submit reports and participate in review meetings.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers who have recently completed or are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Education Guidance or a related field.
- Candidates interested in building a career in career counselling, student development, school counselling or education.
- Individuals looking for practical exposure after completing their graduation or postgraduation.
- Candidates who enjoy interacting with students and helping them make informed decisions.
- Applicants who are comfortable travelling to schools and working in a field-based environment.

- Genuine interest in student development and career guidance.
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Confidence to interact with students, parents, teachers and school authorities.
- Basic research, presentation and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace or presentation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and practical assignments.

Important Note This internship is focused on career counselling and educational guidance. It is not a clinical psychology or psychotherapy internship. Interns will not independently diagnose, treat or provide clinical mental-health services. All student interactions and assessments will be conducted under appropriate supervision and professional guidance.
