The Fill the Fund campaign is mobilizing global civil society to demand adequate, equitable, and grant-based climate finance for frontline communities. We are looking for an organized, proactive Campaign Associate to support our international coalition coordination, policy research, and campaign communications.

What You’ll Own:
- Coordinate multi-timezone coalition working groups, partner sign-ons, and global advocacy milestones.
- Track international climate governance and policy developments around the Fund for responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD).
- Draft briefings, rapid-response campaign materials, and cross-platform digital content (X, LinkedIn, BlueSky).
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in climate advocacy, policy, campaigning, or communications (preferably with international NGOs or networks).
- Solid grounding in UNFCCC processes, climate justice, and Loss & Damage finance architecture.
- Solid project coordination and written English communication skills.
