About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Calling Executive (Female) who will be responsible for reaching out to prospective candidates/clients, managing follow-ups, coordinating meetings, and maintaining professional communication to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective candidates, clients, or leads

✅ Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication

✅ Maintain accurate call logs and database records

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of processes

✅ Provide a professional and positive experience during every interaction





✅ Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

What We're Looking For

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

✔ Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication

✔ Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
