About The Role

We are looking for a Cafe &

- Events Manager to manage day-to-day cafe operations while also planning and executing events, birthday parties, celebrations, workshops, and other customer activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality, event management, customer service, team coordination, and vendor management skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day cafe operations, including opening, closing, cleanliness, service standards, and customer experience.
- Plan and execute birthday parties, private events, workshops, celebrations, and promotional activities.
- Handle event enquiries, bookings, scheduling, packages, and customer coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, entertainers, and other service providers.
- Supervise cafe and event staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Monitor food and beverage service, inventory, wastage, and stock requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, service quality, and presentation.
- Manage event setup, execution, and post-event closure.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Track daily sales, event revenue, expenses,



and operational performance.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and event bookings.
- Ensure the venue is ready and fully operational for every customer and event.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in cafe management, hospitality, event management, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, or related businesses.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good team management and coordination abilities.
- Experience in handling vendors and event-related requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities during busy periods.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during special events as required.
