Role Description The Café Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Roastery Coffee House in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management, to ensure smooth service throughout the day.

Manager coordinates food and beverage preparation and presentation, maintains quality and hygiene standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. The role includes managing inventory, placing orders with suppliers, monitoring costs,



and optimizing sales and profitability.

Manager also leads customer service efforts, resolves guest concerns, supports local marketing initiatives, and helps create a welcoming environment that reflects Roastery Coffee House’s values.

Qualifications

- Robust Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with guests, team members, and suppliers.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including handling quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Sales skills to drive revenue, promote menu items, and support in-house marketing efforts.
- Prior experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage schedules, and handle peak-hour operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accountability.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required by café operations.
