Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CAD / Solid Work role based in Chakan. The team member will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD and SolidWorks software for plastic waste management equipment and related systems. Daily activities include collaborating with design and production teams, interpreting technical requirements, preparing assembly and fabrication drawings, and ensuring that designs meet performance, safety, and sustainability standards.

The role also involves updating documentation,



supporting prototyping and manufacturing, and contributing to continuous improvement of product design and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, detailing, and assembly design.
- Experience preparing manufacturing, fabrication, and layout drawings with accurate tolerances and materials specifications.
- Understanding of mechanical design principles, sheet metal and fabrication processes, and basic engineering calculations.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and standards, and to maintain structured design documentation and drawing revisions.
- Good collaboration skills to work with design, production, and quality teams in an on-site manufacturing environment.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in machinery, equipment design, or sustainability-related products is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmentally responsible engineering practices.
