We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to join our team for Cable TV & Broadband Network Services.
Job Responsibilities
- Monthly customer collection visits
- Visit customer locations for network/cable faults and complaints
- Handle recent cable/broadband connections
- Respond to customer calls and coordinate service requests
- Perform basic office and computer-related work
- Update customer/service details using Excel & Word
- Use our company software for customer/service-related activities
- Coordinate between customers and the service team
- Handle both field work and office work
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge – Excel, Word & software applications
- Should know two-wheeler driving
- Valid driving licence preferred
- Willing to travel within the local service area
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn and work in the field
