Established over 10 years ago, Sanjay Stone Crusher is one of Akola’s established and trusted names in the aggregates and construction materials industry. We have been among the early players in the region to establish manufactured sand (M-Sand) and sand processing operations, and have built a strong presence among contractors, builders, and construction businesses across the region.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Business & Networking Head to build new markets, expand our distribution network, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand Franchise & Distribution Networks
- Identify and develop new territories and markets
- Build relationships with Builders, Contractors, RMC Plants, Dealers, Infrastructure Companies & Institutions
- Develop strategic partnerships and long-term business relationships
- Generate new business opportunities, bulk orders, and supply contracts
- Develop dealership/franchise models, SOPs, pricing structures, and operating processes
- Build and manage a solid business network across new territories
- Develop a scalable model for expansion into multiple markets




- Take ownership of business growth, revenue, and market expansion

Experience Required

8–12 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

Aggregates / Stone Crusher | RMC | Cement | Steel | Construction Materials | Infrastructure | Logistics | Distribution | Dealer Network | Franchise Business

We particularly value candidates with experience in business development, territory expansion, dealer/distributor development, institutional sales, and strategic networking.
