- Proficiency in C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in Embedded Systems Development
- Robust understanding of Linux Internals, including:
- System Calls
- Inter-Process Communication (IPC)
- Socket Programming
- POSIX Multi-thread Programming
- Working knowledge of Systemd and D-Bus
- Experience using GDB for debugging
- Version control experience with Git and/or SVN
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain high-performance system software using C and C++ to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Architect and debug Linux device drivers to enable efficient communication between the kernel and peripheral hardware components.
- Customize and optimize the Linux kernel and Yocto-based build systems to meet specific project requirements for embedded platforms.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to troubleshoot system-level bottlenecks and improve overall platform reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high standards of software quality and maintainability across the engineering team.
