Business Operations Associate

About us

We help brands get certified to sell in India (BIS, FSSAI, CDSCO, Legal Metrology, EPR) and then help them sell, across Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce. We also handle labels, compliant reviews, duty intelligence and export approvals like FCC and CE.

The role

Every client account has documents, deadlines, authority queries and someone waiting on an answer. You'll keep all of it moving, and fix the systems that let things slip.

What you'll do

- Run day to day coordination on a set of client accounts across certification and marketplace work
- Track every live application by stage, owner and deadline, and flag risks early
- Chase documents from clients, follow up with labs, authorities and vendors
- Send clear status updates so clients never have to ask where things stand
- Support marketplace account ops: listings, catalogue accuracy, suppressions
- Build the SOPs, trackers and dashboards that make delivery repeatable
- Handle invoicing, collections, vendor payments and renewal tracking





What we're looking for

- 1 to 3 years in ops, account management, client servicing or project coordination
- Strong spreadsheets. Lookups, pivots, building a tracker from scratch
- Transparent writing. A client update that closes the loop instead of opening three more
- Ruthlessly organised. Here a missed document costs the client real money
- Willing to learn regulatory detail. You don't need to know BIS today, you need to want to

Good to have: compliance, customs or export documentation exposure, Amazon or Flipkart seller central, startup or agency background
