Role Description The Business Partner role at Urban Money is a full-time, on-site position based in Haora.
The Business
Partner will cultivate and manage relationships with clients and financial institutions, promote Urban Money’s loan advisory and mortgage solutions, and identify recent business opportunities in the local market. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their borrowing needs, explaining suitable loan products, coordinating with lending partners, and overseeing the loan application and documentation process. The role involves monitoring the progress of each case, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and delivering a high level of client service from initial inquiry through loan disbursement.
The Business
Partner will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records, and provide market feedback to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of retail lending, mortgage products, and basic concepts of taxation and insurance relevant to loans.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and financial institutions.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, compare loan options, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple loan cases, documentation requirements, and follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with standard office software and digital tools used for CRM, reporting, and document management.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, housing finance, or loan distribution is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in finance or sales are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
