About Us
AVS Technologies is a precision machining and hydraulic cylinder manufacturer based in Bahadurgarh. We have a 30-member shop floor team and are growing. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to run the business and drive its next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role in a small setup. You will run the business end to end, which means wearing multiple hats. You will build the client base and also make sure the shop floor delivers on what we sell.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across markets to find, pitch to and onboard recent clients for hydraulic cylinders and machining services
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and closure
- Lead marketing and outreach, including trade fairs, industry networks and digital presence
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team on production planning, delivery timelines and quality
- Turn customer requirements into clear technical and commercial inputs for the shop floor
- Track business performance and report directly to the Director
- Identify new segments, products and partnerships for growth
What We're Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing industry
- A proven sales track record in hydraulics or engineering products, with an existing industry network
- A working understanding of cylinder design, machining processes and manufacturing operations
- An entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, comfortable with ownership, and able to build processes from scratch
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
