Experience: 4+ years in Solar Industry

We are looking for an experienced Solar Business Head (Sales & Operations - PM Surya Ghar Scheme) to lead and grow our complete solar business, including:

- PM Surya Ghar residential rooftop solar sales & operations
- Solar dealership & channel sales
- Lead generation, sales strategy, customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Team building, sales targets, dealer network and channel development
- Coordination of sales, technical, installation and after-sales operations
- Project execution, collections, profitability and overall business performance

Candidate Profile: Proven track record in solar sales/business development, strong knowledge of rooftop solar, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and an established network among customers, dealers, EPCs or businesses. We are looking for a result-oriented professional who can take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling the solar business.

Compensation: Market-competitive salary + performance-based incentives, based on experience and proven track record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
