ACMOBOOK is building a next-generation talent marketplace that connects businesses directly with DJs, singers, anchors, influencers, artists, speakers, performers and other qualified talent.

We help businesses discover talent, post hiring requirements, connect directly with professionals and manage their talent requirements more efficiently.

The Role

We are looking for energetic, communication-focused Business Growth Associates who can help us onboard businesses and convert them into active hiring clients on ACMOBOOK.

Your goal will not simply be to generate registrations.

Your goal will be to help businesses discover ACMOBOOK, share their upcoming talent requirements and eventually hire through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify businesses that regularly hire talent
- Research clubs, hotels, restaurants, event companies, wedding planners, brands, agencies, venues and corporates
- Contact decision-makers through Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and phone
- Introduce ACMOBOOK and explain its benefits
- Help businesses create their free business profile
- Identify upcoming talent requirements
- Encourage businesses to post genuine requirements
- Follow up with interested businesses
- Coordinate with the ACMOBOOK talent team for suitable talent
- Maintain lead and follow-up records




- Build long-term relationships with business clients
- Work towards monthly onboarding and booking targets

Businesses Contacted → Conversations → Registered Businesses → Active Requirements → Bookings
