Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with farmers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to promote tractor loans and farm equipment financing.

- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, sales prospecting, and market research.

- Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers and provide recommendations on loan approvals or rejections.

- Develop strong understanding of agricultural industry trends, products (tractors), and services offered by the company.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns related to tractor finance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-4 years of experience in agribusiness development, agriculture lending, banking sales, business development management or rural finance.

- Robust knowledge of farm equipment loans, financing options for farmers' needs.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at dealerships & farms.
