About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to develop business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Research market trends and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development targets.
