About Acmedian

Acmedian is an IT services and AI products company based in the Tricity, with an office in Noida. We provide IT staffing, QA and development services, and AI products to technology and enterprise clients. We are a NASSCOM member and are growing our staffing business across the region.

About the role

This is a dual role. Acmedian already has active staffing clients with open requirements, and your first priority will be to work on those. You will lead the hiring for these positions along with our recruiters in Noida and the Tricity.

Alongside that, you will build new business. You will meet IT companies across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Zirakpur, attend NASSCOM events with our founder or on your own, and bring in new staffing clients. As new clients come in, you will hire and guide junior recruiters so your time shifts more towards sales.

What you will do

- Work on the open requirements from our existing clients and close them with quality candidates
- Build a pipeline of IT companies in the Tricity and meet their founders, HR heads and delivery managers in person
- Represent Acmedian at NASSCOM events, meetups and industry forums, and follow up on every useful connection




- Understand client hiring needs and convert them into staffing contracts
- Identify opportunities for QA and development services with the clients you meet
- Own the relationships with the new clients you bring in and grow those accounts
- Lead IT recruitment across QA, development and related roles
- Guide and review the work of junior recruiters
- Track the pipeline for both clients and candidates and report progress weekly

What we are looking for

- 4 to 8 years in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years of client acquisition or business development for an IT staffing firm
- Comfortable walking into an office, starting a conversation and following up until there is a result
- Positive understanding of IT roles and tech stacks, enough to talk to both clients and candidates with confidence
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi
- Existing network in the Tricity IT industry is a solid plus
- Own two wheeler or four wheeler for local travel
