Job Title: Business Operations & Strategy Associate (MD Office)

Company: KPCIRC

Job Type: Full-time

Location: On-site

Reporting to: Managing Director

About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused professional to work closely with our Managing Director.

Please note: This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who can understand executive decisions, structure the required work, coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams, maintain operational visibility, and ensure that execution happens efficiently.

If you are looking for high-level exposure to healthcare, precision oncology, AI-enabled clinical systems, and business strategy while working directly with the leadership team, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do:

MD Office & Strategic Execution:

- Work directly with the MD on priority projects, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
- Translate MD decisions into actionable steps, assign owners, set deadlines, and manage follow-ups.
- Prepare internal briefs, meeting notes, project trackers, and management reports.
- Track critical organizational priorities and proactively escalate delays or issues.

Business Operations & CRM:

- Maintain and monitor CRM data, lead pipelines, and conversion stages.
- Track patient inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain operational dashboards and management-level reports to identify operational gaps and drive closure.
- Coordinate directly with clinical, sales, technology, and support teams on pending actions.

Clinical & Operational Documentation:

- Structure and maintain clinical/operational documentation, SOPs, checklists, and records.
- Ensure smooth movement of case-related and service documents between relevant teams.
- Support the standardization of internal workflows across KPCIRC and the OnKommon platform.

Cross-Functional Coordination (KPCIRC + OnKommon):

- Navigate and connect workflows between hospitals, oncologists, molecular diagnostics, navigators, and patients.
- Support clinical business development, institutional partnerships, and the rollout of new services and products.

Research & Analytical Support:

- Conduct structured market, competitor, hospital, and product research.
- Synthesize complex information into concise, decision-ready summaries for the MD.
- Support business planning and project evaluation.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Education: An MBA, MSc in Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Background in healthcare management, hospital administration, management consulting, health-tech, or startup operations. (Experience in oncology/healthcare is a strong advantage, but execution ability and analytical thinking are our top priorities).
- Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems,

presentations, and modern documentation tools.
- Skillset: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You understand business operations, not just administrative work.
- Working Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving health-tech environment. You take ownership and can independently follow through on tasks without repeated supervision.
- People Skills: Comfortable and professional when interacting with doctors, management, vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Why Join Us?

- Direct Impact: Work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director and leadership team.
- Career Growth: Unparalleled exposure to the business side of cutting-edge healthcare, health-tech, and precision oncology.
- Innovation: Be a part of a fast-growing environment utilizing AI-enabled clinical systems to change patient outcomes.
