We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Coordinator / Customer Relationship Coordinator who will work closely with our customers, business stakeholders, development team, QA team, and management. The ideal candidate should be a valuable communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how software products work.

1.Business Analysis &

- Requirement Gathering

- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, questions, and business problems.
- Gather and document functional requirements.
- Convert business requirements into clear Jira tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and scenarios.
- Work with team members to clarify requirements before development starts.
- Document business workflows and system processes.
- Participate in requirement and solution discussions with development and QA teams.
- Follow up with developers and QA to ensure requirements are correctly understood.
- Review completed features against the agreed requirements.
- Assist with UAT and customer feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of requirements and customer discussions.

2. Scrum / Agile Coordination
- Assist in coordinating Agile/Scrum activities.
- Participate in: Daily Stand-ups ,Sprint Planning ,Sprint Reviews / Demos, Backlog Refinement
- Maintain and update Jira tasks and sprint boards.
- Coordinate between Business, Development, QA, and Product teams.
- Prepare basic sprint/project status updates.

Customer

Relationship &

• Coordination
- Communicate with customers regularly through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer issues and requirements and ensure they are properly captured.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their requirements and issues.




- Follow up with customers for: Requirement clarifications, Approvals ,UAT feedback ,Issue verification, Sign-offs
- Ensure customer concerns are followed through until closure.

4. Project & • Delivery Coordination
- Track requirements from initial discussion through:
- Requirement → Development → QA → UAT → Production
- Maintain visibility of open requirements, issues, blockers, and pending customer actions.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are progressing on time.
- Coordinate release-related activities with Development and QA.
- Maintain project documentation and status updates.
- Highlight potential delays or risks to the manager.
- Ensure important customer decisions and discussions are documented.

Required Skills & • Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Coordination, Customer Success, Scrum Coordination, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Jira.
- Valuable understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Ability to write clear and structured requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and QA engineers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Good to Have
- Experience working with a SaaS / software product company.
- Basic understanding of: Web applications ,APIs ,Databases, Software integrations
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Previous experience communicating directly with customers.
- Scrum/Agile certification or training is an advantage.
