We are looking for a hands-on Business Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our cement and TMT bar supply business. You will own sales, dispatch, customer relationships and collections, and report directly to the owner on performance.

About the Company

We are an established building materials distribution business in Khandwa, supplying cement and TMT bars to contractors, builders, dealers and construction projects across the region. We are growing and want a dependable manager who can take ownership of operations and help us expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Business operations

- Run the daily operations of the business, from orders and billing to dispatch and delivery.
- Plan and monitor stock levels of cement and TMT bars, and coordinate purchases with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Arrange transport and deliveries on time, and resolve site and vehicle issues.

Sales and customers





- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, dealers and project sites.
- Generate recent leads, quote rates, negotiate and close orders.
- Follow up on repeat orders and handle customer complaints.

Accounts and collections

- Oversee billing, GST invoicing and daily records with the accountant.
- Manage credit limits and recover outstanding payments on schedule.
- Track rates, margins, expenses and cash flow.

Team and reporting

- Supervise and guide the accountant, sales, godown and driver staff.
- Give the owner a regular update on sales, stock, receivables and pending issues.
- Suggest improvements to cut costs and grow sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
