? Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers

- Generate leads through field visits, calls, LinkedIn, references and other channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales and production teams
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify current business segments
- Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data and submit regular reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution





? Requirements• 8+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
