Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and managing relationships with key clients, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Manager will track sales pipelines, report on performance metrics, represent the company at industry events, and support strategic planning to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to understand solutions and translate them into clear value propositions.
- Proven organizational and planning skills, including pipeline management and reporting.
- Prior experience in industrial solutions, engineering services, or the water treatment sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Comfort working in office in Gurugram and traveling as needed for client meetings and industry events.
