Purpose Of The Role To assist in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence by building relationships with clients, generating leads, and supporting the execution of the sales and business development strategy in the lift industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the technical team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into successful contracts or projects.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Manager on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards in all customer interactions.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and market developments.

- Ability to understand technical aspects of lifts and elevators to align customer needs with product offerings.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and CRM tools.
