Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Business Development

Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners, and promoting the resort’s services and offerings. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute growth strategies. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing business reports and forecasts,



and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Candidates should possess marketing and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate on promotional campaigns and represent the resort at industry events.
- Candidates should possess analytical and planning skills, including market research, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives concurrently.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, resorts, or real estate business development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and a commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
