Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, client acquisition, revenue growth, and customer relationships for our premium gemstone, diamond, Rudraksha, astrology, and wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client consultations and convert prospects into customers.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on campaigns and customer experience.
- Maintain lead, client, and conversion data in CRM and provide regular sales reports. BDM-Pune

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in services, luxury goods, jewelry, astrology, wellness, or premium retail preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Personal laptop mandatory.
