About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our team in client coordination, business development, property onboarding, pre-sales, and follow-up activities. This role provides practical exposure to real estate business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with property owners and clients.
- Assist in onboarding new properties.
- Understand property requirements such as location, budget, property type, and size.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities.
- Assist the team in generating and following up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to match client requirements with available properties.
- Participate in field visits when required.
- Maintain basic client and property information.
- Support other business development activities assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Comfortable with occasional field visits.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
