Z-Factory is an AI-powered industrial safety, security, compliance, and operational intelligence platform built by Zeex AI.

Z-Factory uses existing CCTV cameras, IoT sensors, and operational data to help factories and industrial facilities identify risks, educate teams, prevent incidents, and improve compliance.

The platform focuses on four core areas:

- Safety: Detect unsafe acts and conditions such as PPE violations, restricted-area entry, worker falls, unsafe movement, and other workplace hazards.
- Security: Monitor unauthorized access, perimeter activity, suspicious movement, and sensitive zones in real time.
- Fire & Emergency: Detect fire, smoke, hazardous situations, and emergency events and trigger timely alerts and response workflows.
- Compliance & Workforce Monitoring: Continuously monitor safety protocols, employee movement, workplace practices, and compliance requirements to help management maintain safer operations.

Z-Factory transforms CCTV footage and operational data into real-time alerts, incident intelligence, compliance insights, and actionable reports. The goal is not simply to monitor a factory, but to help organizations educate employees, identify risks before incidents occur, strengthen safety culture, reduce operational risk, and improve production efficiency without compromising worker safety.

Business Development Intern - Z-Factory(Zeex AI)

This is a remote Business Development Intern role focused specifically on expanding Z-Factory across the manufacturing, industrial, factory, warehouse, and infrastructure sectors.





The intern will help identify organizations where AI-powered safety, security, fire detection, compliance monitoring, employee tracking, and operational intelligence can create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential industrial and manufacturing customers.
- Build targeted prospect lists of factories, plants, warehouses, industrial parks, and large enterprises.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as Plant Heads, EHS Heads, Safety Managers, Security Heads, Operations Heads, HR Heads, and CXOs.
- Understand customer safety, security, compliance, and production challenges.
- Conduct market research on industrial safety and AI-based monitoring solutions.
- Support outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, use-case documents, and client demos.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for CCTV-based AI, employee tracking, PPE detection, fire/smoke detection, restricted-zone monitoring, and compliance automation.
- Maintain accurate prospect and communication records in CRM/spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects and support the business development pipeline.
- Gather customer feedback and identify new industrial use cases.




- Work with the product and technical teams to convert customer problems into relevant Z-Factory solutions.

What We Are Looking For

- Interest in AI, computer vision, industrial safety, manufacturing, security, or compliance technology.
- Ability to understand a customer's problem and connect it with a technology solution.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, CRM data, and deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, LinkedIn, and other productivity tools.
- CRM experience is an advantage.

You don't need to be an AI expert. We will teach you the technology and use cases. What matters is your ability to research, communicate, learn quickly, and identify real business problems.
