About the role

Privonix Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help us identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the complete early-stage sales process — from researching prospects and finding leads to cold outreach, calling, follow-ups, and assisting in closing deals.

The internship is unpaid , with a performance-based incentive for every successful deal generated through your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients who may require our services.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce Privonix Technologies and its services.
- Send cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and other forms of outbound communication.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, email, and messaging.
- Understand prospects' business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and project scope.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the internal team.
- Assist with proposals, quotations, and other sales-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track your pipeline and regularly report progress.
- Work toward converting qualified leads into paying clients and projects .
- Explore new channels and strategies for generating business opportunities.

Requirements




- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with potential clients .
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-ups.
- Positive research and lead-generation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is a plus, but not required .

Compensation
- This is an unpaid, performance-based internship .
- There is no fixed monthly stipend . Selected interns will receive incentives for successful deals generated through their efforts .
- The incentive amount/structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the selection process.
