About CLADURECLADURE is entering the corporate gifting market and is building a new business vertical focused on premium, thoughtful, and customized gifting solutions for companies.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Intern who can help us build this new vertical, generate corporate leads, and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Role OverviewAs a Business Development Intern – Corporate Gifting, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their gifting requirements, presenting CLADURE’s offerings, and converting prospects into successful orders.

This is a excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential corporate clients in Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR, and other target markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, references, and other channels.
- Connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing teams, founders, and business owners.
- Understand corporate gifting requirements and recommend suitable CLADURE solutions.
- Present products and customized gifting options to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the team.
- Assist with client negotiations and closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Research competitors and identify new corporate gifting opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Eligibility
- Only candidates currently based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh are eligible.
- Must have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Students pursuing degrees in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with prior sales/business development experience can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with potential clients.
- Willingness to make calls, conduct outreach, and follow up with prospects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Stipend & Incentives
- Internship Stipend: As per company structure.
- 20% commission on every successful deal generated and closed by the intern.
