Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Homeowners, builders, and developers.
- Present and pitch and close interior design solutions with potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to align client expectations with execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This role is ideally suited for individual sales consultants, sales executives or even freshers with a specialized focus on the design and construction. We welcome self-motivated individuals with a passion for real estate sales to explore this rewarding role.

We are looking for someone

- with strong interest or experience in sales,



business development, or client management in architecture, interior design, or real estate.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
- Street-smart and comfortable talking to different kinds of people
- Confident with communication, relationship building & negotiation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Passionate in for sales, networking, and customer satisfaction.
