About the Role

At ChangeForLife, we are looking for a proactive, high-energy Business Development & Growth Intern who is enthusiastic about initiating conversations, establishing strong professional relationships, and driving impactful brand partnerships.
You will work closely with the founding team, gaining real-world, ground-level exposure to sales strategies, client acquisition, and operational growth rather than just observing from the sidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, creators, and business partners across targeted industry segments.
Pitch Strategy & Execution: Assist in drafting compelling pitch decks, outreach templates, and partnership proposals.
Client Communication: Participate in direct sales calls, negotiate proposals, and manage end-to-end follow-up communications.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong networks with early-stage founders, creators, and brand partners.
Market Insights: Track industry trends to uncover new growth channels, monetization strategies, and audience outreach methods.
Requirements & Qualifications
Current college student or recent graduate eager to gain practical, hands-on business development experience.
Robust written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high ownership and curiosity.
Basic understanding of digital platforms, media ecosystems, or agency workflows.
Must have a personal working laptop.
