We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates (2026 pass-outs) to join our team as Business Development Executives. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition and Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels.
- Research target companies, industries and potential clients.
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule and participate in client discussions and meetings.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and other sales materials.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead information.
- Work closely with the internal teams to understand solutions and present them effectively to clients.
- Support the team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- MBA graduate – 2026 pass-out only.
- MBA specialization in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients and prospects.
- Good research, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
- Freshers with the right attitude and robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.
