Role & responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients daily and understand their investment and research needs

- Explain Chandel Street Capital's trading and investment research/advisory services, and recommend the right subscription plan for each client

- Convert leads into clients through consultative, relationship-first selling

- Build long-term relationships with clients across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala

- Consistently achieve monthly targets and unlock performance-based incentives

- Maintain accurate CRM records with timely follow-ups

- Coordinate with the Research Team for smooth client onboarding

- Ensure a great client experience before and after the sale

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)

- 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or International Sales freshers welcome

- Excellent communication skills in Kannada required (or at least one of Kannada or Tamil); fluency in Malayalam is an added advantage

- Comfortable working with sales targets

- Immediate joiners preferred
