Role Description<

/strong>

- Executive will work on-site in Ludhiana in a full-time capacity, supporting the promotion and growth of Ignited Brainz programs.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to understand local demand, and positioning programs effectively to schools
- The role involves coordinating sales activities, following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
- Executive will create and deliver marketing materials,



support events and workshops, and report on campaign performance to help refine marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with academic and operations teams will be important to ensure that marketing messages align with program goals and values.

What are we looking for
- Experience in education, child-focused services, or community outreach will be preferred
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage with Principal/Director/Promoters of schools through clear, empathetic, and persuasive messaging
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive enrollment, manage leads, and convert interest into long-term engagement.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and use basic digital tools (e.g., office software, social media platforms) effectively.
