Decorpot Interiors is looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers through assigned leads, understand their requirements, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
The candidate will also be responsible for following up with customers and ensuring that scheduled meetings are successfully conducted.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about Decorpot Interiors’ services.
• Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirements, and availability.
• Fix meetings/appointments between prospective customers and the Sales Team.
• Follow up with customers to confirm scheduled appointments.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure scheduled meetings are conducted.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and meeting status.
• Follow up with leads who are interested but not immediately ready for a meeting.
• Achieve assigned calling, appointment-setting, and follow-up targets.
• Maintain qualified communication and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
• Good verbal communication skills and a confident personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
• Candidates should be comfortable working Tuesday to Sunday.
