Health Bloom is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth and build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other potential clients as required.
- Conduct field visits and meetings to generate leads and promote Health Bloom's services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Represent Health Bloom professionally during meetings and field visits.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and client visits.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Candidates with healthcare/diagnostic/hospital sales experience will be preferred.
