– Institute Collaboration & Outreach Intern

Siksha Nation is looking for a motivated and confident Institute Collaboration & Outreach Intern to support our educational partnership and outreach initiatives, with a primary focus on the Siksha Nation Scholarship Program.

The selected intern will be responsible for connecting with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations, introducing them to Siksha Nation’s initiatives, and developing meaningful institutional collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Contact institute management, principals, directors, admission heads, counsellors, placement officers, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce Siksha Nation and the Siksha Nation Scholarship Program to educational institutions.
- Explain scholarship opportunities, eligibility, benefits, and collaboration opportunities to institute representatives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, online meetings, and field visits when required.
- Follow up regularly with interested institutes and work towards converting discussions into formal collaborations.
- Coordinate with partner institutes for scholarship awareness campaigns, student registrations, seminars, workshops, and other student-focused activities.
- Maintain records of institutes contacted, discussions, follow-ups, and collaboration status using Excel/Google Sheets or relevant tools.
- Coordinate with the internal Siksha Nation team for smooth execution of institute partnership activities.
- Assist in preparing and sharing scholarship presentations, brochures, promotional materials,



and other communication resources.
- Participate in institute meetings, educational events, seminars, and outreach campaigns.
- Collect feedback from institutes and students and share relevant insights with the team.
- Work towards assigned outreach and institute collaboration targets.
- Support other business development, partnership, and student outreach activities of Siksha Nation as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with institute authorities and qualified representatives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Interest in education, business development, sales, marketing, or student-focused initiatives.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, education counselling, field marketing, or institute outreach will be preferred. This internship provides practical exposure to Business Development, Institute Partnerships, B2B Outreach, Relationship Management, Sales, Education Industry Operations, Scholarship Program Management, and Professional Communication while working directly on Siksha Nation’s educational initiatives.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
