Aureus Web Creation is a technology services company delivering custom software solutions for businesses across India and international markets.
Our capabilities include web and mobile application development, AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, computer vision, SaaS platforms, backend engineering, cloud and DevOps, automation, enterprise applications, and dedicated technology teams.
As we expand our global business-development function, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who can build new client relationships, generate qualified opportunities, and progressively develop into an independent deal owner.
Role Objective The BDE will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities for Aureus.
This is not purely a lead-generation role.
The selected candidate will initially focus heavily on prospecting, outreach, qualification and meeting generation while working alongside senior business-development and technical leadership.
As the candidate develops, they will progressively take responsibility for discovery, proposal coordination, commercial conversations, negotiations and independent deal closure.
The long-term objective is to develop the BDE into an independent revenue owner capable of managing opportunities from initial prospecting through closure.
Key Responsibilities1. New Business Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients across selected domestic and international markets.
- Build structured lists of target companies matching Aureus's Ideal Customer Profile.

2. Multi-Channel Outbound Execute structured business-development campaigns through:
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Personalized cold emails
- Cold calling
- Direct messaging

Progressively
- Participate actively in discovery calls.
- Conduct initial business discovery independently.
- Understand and document client requirements.
- Coordinate technical discussions.
- Maintain ownership of the opportunity after the first meeting.
- Ensure clear next actions after every client interaction.
The BDE should remain involved throughout the complete sales cycle rather than simply handing leads to another team member. 7. Proposal & Pre-Sales Coordination
Work closely with senior business-development and technical leadership to:
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate effort estimation and solution preparation.
- Select relevant case studies and credentials.
- Support preparation of proposals and Statements of Work.

Lead → Qualified Lead → Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

- Sales-qualified opportunities created
- Qualified pipeline value generated
