About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainees to join our India Sales Team.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their professional journey with Bhanzu. You will interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements, introduce them to Bhanzu’s programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

? Work Mode: Work From Home

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Working Days: 6 days/week

? Week Off: 1 rotational week off between Monday–Friday

? Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days

? Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Bhanzu’s programs.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment journey.




- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- minimum 6 month of experience in Edtech Sales or Sales
- Candidates should not be currently pursuing any degree or course.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Must have a personal laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and power backup for uninterrupted work.
