- Generate and develop B2B sales through dealers, distributors, EPC companies, channel partners, and corporate clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer network.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

- Conduct product presentations and explain solar products and solutions to customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners.

- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, dispatch, and order execution.

- Maintain regular updates in CRM and prepare sales reports.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, dealer/distributor sales, or solar/electrical product sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented with good business development capabilities.

- Willingness to travel for client/dealer meetings when required.

- Experience in solar products or electrical components will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
