Role Description The Business Development Associate – International Market (WFO) | Night Shift is a full time remote role focused on growing Bhanzu’s presence across global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective partners and customers, and nurturing relationships across international regions. The role involves performing market research on target geographies, preparing and delivering clear presentations about Bhanzu’s offerings, and supporting sales funnels from initial contact through conversion.

The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging,



gather feedback from international prospects, and track performance metrics for continuous improvement. This position requires working night shifts aligned to international time zones while maintaining timely and professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to international audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation expertise, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing lead pipelines for global markets.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to analyze international education and edtech trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, suited for diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Experience in business development, inside sales, or account management, preferably in edtech or international markets.
- Ability to work effectively in night shifts and manage time zones across multiple countries.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales analytics for tracking leads and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience in a fast-paced growth environment, and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience working with global clients or in a remote, distributed team is an advantage.
