Role Description The Business Banking Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan Dombivli. The specialist will manage and grow relationships with business and SME customers, understand their banking requirements, and recommend suitable products and services such as current accounts, cash management solutions, and credit facilities. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, supporting onboarding and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for treasury and transaction services, and monitoring account activity to identify cross-selling opportunities.





The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, preparing basic financial and transactional reports, and maintaining high standards of service quality and professional communication with clients.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and strengthen business relationships, with strong Business Relationship Management skills.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management and basic banking operations relevant to business and SME clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities with a focus on responsiveness, problem resolution, and client satisfaction.
- Foundational understanding of Finance, including business banking products and credit concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; a higher qualification in banking or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business or SME banking, relationship management, or corporate customer service within a financial institution is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with targets in a fast-paced branch environment.
- Comfort working with core banking systems, digital channels, and MS Office applications.
