About the Client:Our client is one of Indias leading and highly respected Private Life Insurance Organizations. They are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their Business Solutions Group under the Information Technology vertical to lead core product launch and system setup activities.

Role Summary:The candidate will play a critical role in managing end-to-end product launch system setup activities, ensuring regulatory compliance with IRDAI guidelines, and translating product specifications into actionable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Launch System Setup: Analyze product specifications and translate them into actionable system requirements; ensure smooth system integration and rollout on core insurance platforms.
- Business Analysis & Documentation: Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis,



and feasibility studies. Prepare and maintain BRDs, review FSDs, design test cases, and manage UAT sign-offs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all system setups strictly align with IRDAI guidelines and contract specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between Operations, Finance, Actuaries, Product Management, and IT teams to gather requirements and resolve implementation challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: BE / BSc IT + MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience within the Life Insurance sector.
- Technical/Domain Skills: Solid working knowledge of Life Insurance core products and systems (LifeAsia / Ingenium).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of IRDAI guidelines and life insurance product structures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
