Hiring: Business Analyst | Pension Domain

Zoenix is hiring an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in the pension domain for a government-sector technology project.

Position Details

Role: Business Analyst - Pension Domain

Experience: 7+ years

Relevant Domain: Pension Administration / Government / Public-Sector Financial Administration

Location: Delhi, In office

Compensation: Up to ₹80,000/month

Contract: 1 year, with potential for extension

Interview: Face-to-face in Delhi

Location Requirement: Candidates must currently be based in Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida (NCR)

Notice Period: Candidates currently serving notice can be considered

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Understand business, regulatory and operational processes
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases and related documentation
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with development, QA and technical teams
- Support UAT planning, execution and issue resolution
- Coordinate defect clarification and business validation
- Maintain requirement traceability and project documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project reviews
- Identify opportunities for process improvement

Must-Have Domain Experience Candidates should have relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Pension administration
- Government pension schemes
- Pension processing
- Pensioner services
- Public-sector financial administration




- Government financial processes
- Government technology projects involving pension or financial administration
- Regulatory and compliance-driven financial processes
- Large-scale public-sector platforms

Direct pension-domain experience will be strongly preferred over generic BFSI experience.

Ideal Candidate
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience in the pension domain
- Exposure to government, public-sector or financial administration projects
- Strong requirements and functional documentation experience
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong UAT and business validation experience
- Currently based in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida
- Comfortable with on-site work in Delhi
- Comfortable attending face-to-face interviews in Delhi
- Comfortable with a 1-year contract with potential for extension

Important Candidates with relevant pension-domain experience will be prioritized. Generic Business Analyst/BFSI experience without pension-domain exposure may not be considered.

Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida) as the interview process is face-to-face in Delhi and the role is on-site.
